The Yarrow ONE carries forward our original Yarrow 29 rim shape: the design that’s carried more of our mountain bikers than any other rim we’ve built. It’s had one real update since: the internal width has grown from the original 29mm to 30mm, in step with how far tires have moved on since we first built it.
DT Swiss 350 Boost hubs (Center Lock, front 15×110 / rear 12×148) and 28 DT Swiss Revolution spokes front and rear are built for durability first: this is a wheelset meant to take years of regular riding without complaint. The ART asymmetric rim design keeps spoke tension even side to side, the same as every other 9th Wave wheel.
At 1476g, it isn’t the lightest wheelset we build, and it doesn’t try to be. It’s the proven, dependable entry point into 9th Wave carbon: real asymmetric rim engineering and a hand built wheel, at the most accessible point in the Yarrow range.
