PRESS RELEASE – 9th Wave Announces Lifetime Warranty on Rims and Crash Replacement Support

Apeldoorn, 25 May 2023 – 9th Wave, a Dutch manufacturer of handbuilt carbon wheels, announces a lifetime warranty on 9th Wave rims and a crash replacement program. Both are meant to give riders confidence in their investment.
The lifetime warranty applies to 9th Wave rims purchased from an authorized dealer or directly from 9th Wave, and covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. If a rim turns out to be defective, 9th Wave will repair or replace it at its discretion.
In addition, 9th Wave offers crash replacement support for riders who break a rim in a crash or accident, by offering a 50% discount on a new rim. This lets riders get back on the road or trail quickly.
To qualify for crash replacement support, riders must register their 9th Wave products within 30 days of purchase and provide proof of purchase from an authorized dealer or directly from 9th Wave. The crash replacement program is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner.
